About the role
As a Fullstack Developer, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of our web applications using React and .NET. You will collaborate with Product and Design teams to implement high-quality features and ensure the best user experience. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently on assigned tasks, and a desire to grow in a dynamic team environment.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and maintain web applications using React and .NET.
- Implement and integrate RESTful APIs with front-end components.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with comprehensive documentation.
- Conduct code reviews and participate in team discussions to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of experience in web development with React and .NET (in total).
- Proficiency in React, including React Hooks, Redux, and component-based architecture.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Experience with source control systems and branching strategies (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party library integrations.
- Exposure to testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively in a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
What will make you stand out?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with AWS services.
- Familiarity with system architectures, design patterns and programming good practices.
- Knowledge of build tools like Webpack or Vite.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.

At AUCTANE we work in a hybrid model. This means that it’s up to you to choose whether you prefer office work, remote work or their combinations. Visits to the office will be necessary from time to time – you will set their frequency with your team. In the office, you have access to a workplace in a comfortable open space, fresh snacks and the best coffee in the city in our cafe and kitchen. You can use the relaxation rooms and our newly opened bookcrossing library. Working remotely, you use company equipment.
